Unable to review as package was damaged and cartridges were cracked and ink spilled making a huge mess had to discard in trash. This is extremely concerning especially since these will be used for food products. I just received my order from Amazon and 4 of the 5 cartridges have been tampered with. Amazon took care of it but sotek customer service also reached out to me and offered to send out another order, so great customer service. I had to order this twice as my first order arrived empty.

My hands are now covered in black in and the ink is not compatible with mx922 and I know have stained hands and stained floors. So upset opened the package removed the orange cap and ink began pouring out all over the place. Ive found others who cant print from Lenovos to the Canon, so Im thinking it must be something Lenovo preventing communications to the printer. However, when printing, it fails every time. Its not clear in the product description. After that, I installed the latest Canon MX922 drivers, which were successfully installed via the wireless option.
